I met John 10 years ago through busniss. It was easy to see right away John was very smart, witty, and a square shooter…I will miss our talks. My thoughts are with all John’s family and the many people who will miss him…I know I will. Gary Gletcher
I just read of John’s passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I’ll always have fondest memories of him being a teddy bear – gruff on the outside, but so nice. Just a wonderful man. he was always a part of our cooking school. In fact, I wrote about him when I left Weirton. I would call and tell him my appliance broke and I’d leave a key and by the time I came home, he’d have the new one in and the broken one was gone. What a terrible loss to the area. Judy Gelestor
